If you were Panchito and you lived in poverty like him, would you focus in school or start working to get money ?
Answer: If I was Panchito and I was in his situation I would focus in school because if you get a good career you get paid better. If you don't finish school and start working you struggle more to get money because you don't get paid as much.
Do you think religion helps people over come there problems, like poverty ?
Answer: I think that their religion can help people over come their problems, but their religion won't do all the work they need to also help out.
Roberto and Panchito work 7 days a week, go to school, and study on Saturday nights. Do you think today's generation of teenagers have the same work/family ethic and values ?
Answer: Yes, I do think some teenagers of today do have the same work/family ethics and values because teenagers with families in need of money still work now a days.
1. Put yourself in the shoes of a farmworker youth. Imagine working 14 hours in harsh conditions. What would be the hardest thing about this life for you ?
Answer: The hardest thing for me would be waking up early everyday because I would be tired.
2. One of the farmworker kids says,"after all the work is over, nobody remembers the people. Or the children who worked. The farmworker is forgotten." Do you agree with this statement ? Do these videos change the way you think about fruits and vegetables ? Explain.
Answer: I do agree with that statement and i think it's wrong, but it does make me change the way i think about vegetables and fruits because I know that they work very hard to get those fruits and vegetables.
